Install the ldap/ldap.stanford.edu keytab on the ldap replicas.

Update Software for each member of the pool

Remove system from LBDNS using ldapcontrol

Shutdown slapd

Install new version of Cyrus SASL

Start slapd

Test basic functionality by searching directly and using the ldap-lb name.

If there is a problem on the first server then update slapd, but don't do this unless it is required.

Add the server back to the LBDNS pool.

Modify the DNS when all server are accepting direct connection and responding to the ldap-lb name.
